Production from January to September. Packaged in 30x50x16 / 40x60x16 it is harvested before the flowering phase in order to capture the perfect moment in which it is possible to eat according to the Romagna tradition with piadina. We also request mixed product collection with other wild herbs
BORAGE
Production from January to September. The plant is harvested which is slightly velvety and sweet when tasted. It is packaged in 30x50x16 / 40x60x16 and, on request, it can also be packaged with a mix of wild herbs.
GARDEN CRESS
Production from January to September, packaged in 30x50x16 / 40x60x16, the superficial part of the plant is harvested in order to have a clean and perfect product even for fresh consumption since it lends itself thanks to its slightly spicy taste. A mix of herbs is also available upon request.
CHARD
Harvest from January to October. packaged in 30x50x16 / 40x60x16 we also carry out processing with a mix of herbs on request
